A A Rano to Sell Fuel at N158 Per Litre

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AA Rano Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Auwalu Abdullahi Rano, has said that his company across Nigeria is selling petroleum products at N158-160 per litre as their contribution toward reducing hardship among Nigerians.

Speaking during a retreat organized by the company to boost the capacity of it’s personnel towards efficient productivity to meet standard practices.

The Chairman said despite the fact that government recently totally deregulated the oil sector in an effort to encourage competition among the marketers, his company decided to consider the plight of Nigerians rather than the huge profits his stands to make.

According to him AA Rano is expanding its tentacles into other sectors like aviation, haulage and LPG in order to ensure that the company remains viable and in business, adding that  the  company is highly ready to gives sound services to Nigerians which they are already known for over the last 20 years.

Alhaji Auwalu Rano also  reaffirmed the readiness of his company to diversify into Airlines and transport sector with the aim of creating more job opportunities to the teaming youths in the country.

He also debunked reports that his company will rationalize staff following the effects of Covid-19 that almost crippled the nation’s economy; rather he said they are building a core value in their workers to maximize turnover.

In a remark the General manager procurement and petroleum equalization fund Alhaji Ado Ahmad said the retreat was organized to improve the capacity, capability and productivity of the staffs to attain the global standard and best practices saying  the training was imperative in the face of the highly competitive market.

He said training and retraining of staff remain one of the cardinal pillars of the company geared towards achieving effective service delivery.
