In continuation of his kind gesture to the people of Dala local government, a Member representing Dala Federal Constituency also the Deputy Minority Leader, Representative Aliyu Sani Madaki has on Tuesday released the sum of twenty million Naira for the first phase to put a smile on the faces of people in Dala federal constituency ahead of Eid-Il-Kabir preparation.
This was contained in an approval letter issued by the Hon. Madaki to his Personal Assistant Hon. Sadiq Labaran Shamba and made available to the constituents.
He maintained that this sum amount of money earmarked to his constituents was for the first phase while more gestures are coming for the betterment of all.
Samba has also stated that the Honourable Member has been doing the needful to his people over time and recently it could be recalled that Madaki sponsored over one thousand (1000) students across 12 wards of Dala local government to the different institutions of learning to study for Diplomas, NCE, and Degrees in different tertiary in the state and outside the state in respective of political affiliation.
Still on Education but to develop our Health sector Hon. Madaki sponsored 50 students to study health and science in various Colleges of Science and Technology across the state such as the School of Midwifery, Health Technology, School of Nursing, School of Hygiene, SOT, etc.
Samba has also stated that Rep. Madaki sponsored 20 youths across the 12 wards to study computers which was done in collaboration with the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) the program was aimed at teaching the Dala youths the skills on computers and how they could be able to use the knowledge acquired to become an employer of labour rather than the labour of employer, at end of this training the students were donated computers by Rep. Madaki.
He further explained that Rep. Madaki has been assisting several students for postgraduate programs (MSc) and those admitted into law schools since he assumed office under his scholarship program which has been supervised by Hon. Samba.
In addition, he distributed 5 trucks of race for palliatives before, and during the fasting period, he installed thousands of Solar power systems within 12 yards of the local government aimed at strengthening the people’s security.
Within this first year of 2024, Hon. Madaki raised more than fifteen (15) masses-centered motions affecting his constituents and Kano State at large more importantly the motions on Border opening, removal of fuels subsidy, subsidy on education, Electricity tariff, and recently on new national minimum wage e.t.c.
Rep. Madaki has been securing employment opportunities for his constituents in different MDAs both in federal and state governments while flagging off the construction of 5 road projects and 10 mega Sola boreholes within the 12 wards of the local government and more will be provided.
Labaran Shamba thanked the Almighty Allah for these projects as an achievement so far within this first year of 2024 and promised that many more developmental projects and smiles will be sustained.
