American rapper, Daniel Hernandez, popularly known as Tekashi 6ix9nine, has been hospitalized.
Tekashi suffered severe injuries on Tuesday, over an assault by a group of miscreants at a gym in South Florida.
According to reports, Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, said that the rapper was attacked in and outside the LA Fitness gym sauna by three or four men who beat him up despite trying to fight back.
Lazzaro said, “He had cuts to his face and bruises”
The attorney also revealed that the perpetrators immediately fled the scene after the noises from the fracas were heard by the employees within the gym.
He added that the police in South Florida were contacted, and Tekashi 6ix9nine was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
