Kogi-born business Mogul and philanthropist, Mr. Olayinka Braimoh, has donated a whopping sum of ten million Naira for the renovation of the palace of Agbana of Isanlu, in Kogi west senatorial district, HRH Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi.
Braimoh, in a tribute, described the first-class traditional ruler of Isanlu as, “a man of outstanding qualities who has done so well to transform his community within the short period of ascending the throne of his forefathers.”
Braimoh, on Saturday in Isanlu during the second coronation anniversary of the Oba Etumbi and the launch of an N500 million appeal fund for the building of the Agbana of Isanlu palace complex, commended the traditional ruler for his rare display of courage, unifying spirit of love for community development, and urged Oba Etumbi to continue to rule his kingdom with a deeper commitment to peace and progress of the land with sense valor, exhibited under his reign.
The business Mogul who was a co-launcher at the occasion said there was no doubt that the credibility and excellent record of the traditional ruler have “earned him a trademark of a selfless leader who has attracted many good things to his community within his two years of reign”.
He said his reign in the last two years has added honor, glory, and distinction to the Agbana royal stool and prayed to God to give the royal father the needed wisdom, good health, peaceful reign, and long life.
The co-Launcher pledged the support of his business organization towards the building of the palace, adding that his organization was willing to provide other technical and aesthetic support to the building from the start to the completion of the palace complex.
The handsome donation of Braimoh attracted a rousing ovation from the Crowds of sons and daughters who gave a standing ovation as they showered praises and prayers on the businessman who in their words, “is revered by the community for community development project”.
Responding, the National President of Isanlu Progressive Union, Bashorun Adedayo Kayode, on behalf of the community, thanked Mr. Olayinka Braimoh for his generous donation and described him as a kind-hearted gentleman who has touched many lives.
