The Sarkin Zabarmawa Lagos, Alhaji Aliyu Garba has endorsed the Kebbi State APC Governorship candidate for 2023 forthcoming general election.
The monarch who disclosed this on Friday when the All Progressive Congress (APC) Governorship candidate, Dr. Nasiru Idris Kaura Gwandu paid a courtesy visit to his palace, Lagos State said the endorsement was done based on his good performance and record.
He further explained that Zabarmawa communities in Lagos and Kebbi State are all the same; he assured the candidate of their 100% support.
“I, with different Zabarmawa community leaders here in Lagos, and Kebbi State have agreed to vote for you and your party in general, you don’t have any problem with people, you are a nice man, and Allah will bless you and support your aspiration,” he said.
Responding, the Kebbi State All Progressive Congress (APC) Governorship candidate, Dr. Nasiru Idris Kaura Gwandu thanked the Sarkin Zabarmawa communities in Ltheirand outside for thier blessing and support.
He also assured of his readiness toward promoting unity and ensuring good governance.
“Insha-Allah, if am elected as the Governor of Kebbi State, am going to operate an open door policy to bring sanity to governance,” he added.
Kaura who was accompanied by the Hon. Bello Kaoje, Member Federal House of Representatives, Alhaji Kabiru Sani Giant, and others.
