Kano Pillars football club has commended the Kano State Police Command Nigeria Police Force and other security personnel that assist in the successful and hitch-free encounter with Enugu Rangers int’l football club on matchday 35 in the ongoing 2021/2022 Npfl Season which was ended 1-0 in favor of Kano Pillars Fc on Sunday at Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata, Kano.
According to the Media Officer of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa Said the club management expressed delight in the way and manner the security personnel discharged their responsibilities before, during, and after the match.
Malikawa said the club officials would continue doing everything humanly possible to ensure that they remain law-abiding in their league matches and all their dealings.
He commended the Kano state government, the good of the state, fans, and all stakeholders that are contributing in one way or the other to the success of the club.
Malikawa maintained that after receiving the verdict of the league management company signed by its Chief Operating Officer, Alhaji Salihu Abubakar on the rancor that occurred between the assistant referee and the Chairman of the club, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul during the rescheduled matchday 31 with Dakkada Fc last week, Kano Pillars would abide by the LMC’s decisions.
He then urged the Kano state government to redouble its efforts in supporting the team morally and financially and assured that players and officials of the club would not allow the club to go to the relegation at the end of the season.
Malikawa also urged the teeming supporters of Kano club to remain patient and continue praying for the team in order to achieve its targeted objectives.
