Stallion Times gathers that Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate has picked Delta state Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, as running mate.
According to a report by Daily Trust, addressing members of the Board of Trustees (BoT) at the party headquarters on Thursday, Atiku said he consulted with all organs of the party.
He also said party’s unity is critical for a good campaign.
Atiku said he wished all the recommended qualified person to work with him, adding, “I’m pleased to announce the one that will be by my side. He is Ifeanyi Okowa.”
