Former Nigeria Champions, Kano Pillars football club wants Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to come to their aid before they go to relegation.
The call was made by the Chief Coach of the Club, Ibrahim A. Musa while speaking at a post match conference in Aba after Enyimba International football club trashed Pillars Fc by four goals to nothing.

After losing four nil in the game, Pillars goalkeeper, Joshua Enaholo got matching order (red card) at ninety minutes of play after receiving second yellow card for challenging referee decision.
Coach Ibrahim A. Musa said Kano Pillars Fc is facing financial crisis which is forcing the team to borrow money to transport and feed themselves when they are going to a match.
“Our problem now is not even to go an play football but to ensure day-to-day feeding of our players is a serious issue of concern,” Coach Ibrahim said.
He said if Governor Ganduje didn’t come to the rescue of the team, the club will go to relegation this season which is not good for the club and Kano state as a whole.
The Chief Coach also pointed out that the problem that is bedeveiling the team financially and internally is uncalled for.
He maintained that the club is bankrupt and state governor must do the needful before things go out of control.
With this result Kano Pillars are in the nineteenth position on the table with twenty three points in its kitty.
