Governor Aminu Bello Masari has approved the appointment of Malam Abdulkadir Bature as the New Secretary of Katsina United Football Club.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Director of Sports, Nalado Iro Kankia and made available to newsmen and social media pltforms.
The appointment of Malan Abdulkadir Bature followed the retirement of Malam Sani Tunau after 35 years of selfless service to the state.
Before his appointment, Malam Abdulkadir Bature was the former Secretary of the defunct Spotlight Football Club and currently the Welfare Officer of Katsina United Football Club.
Malam Abdulkadir Bature is a graduate of the renowned National Institute for Sports (NIS) Lagos, with 27 years of working experience in the sports sector.
In the release, the Ministry of Sports and Social Development, State Sports Council, and the Management of Katsina United thanked the outgoing Secretary and wished him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
