NPFL: Pillars clash with Kwara Utd shifted to Thursday

Matchday seven involving Kwara United football club and former Nigeria champions Kano Pillars football club in the ongoing 2021/2022 Npfl Season have been shifted from Wednesday 19/1/2022 to Thursday 20/1/2022.

This was disclosed by the spokesman of Kano Pillars football club Rilwanu Idris Malikawa in a statement made available to the newsmen.

According to the statement, Pillars Fc received the information of moving the match from Wednesday to Thursday in a statement from the league management company signed by the Chief Operating Officer of LMC Alhaji Salihu Abubakar.

“Kano Pillars football club players and officials left Kaduna Monday morning and arrived at Ilorin the Kwara state capital, venue of the match after spending eleven hours on the road.

“We thanked God for the journey mercies and all our twenty players travel with the team are in good condition and all of them are ready for the encounter,” the statement added.
