Lobi stars Fc of Makurdi beats Kano Pillars by alone goal in the match day eleven in the ongoing 2020/2021 Npfl season.

Lobi stars Fc Captain Ogunye scored the only goal of the match in fourth minute of the encounter and all efforts made by pillars players to cancelled the goal were in vain.

The Kano Pillar Fc aka “sai masu gida” gaffer Emmanuel Lionel Soccia said he is satisfied with what his players did in the match but was not happy how Lobi stars are falling down which caused a lot of delay in the match.

“This is not a football the way lobi players killed the game with delaying tactics would not help matters in moving the league forward,” coach Emmanuel said.

He said from the beginning to the end, about twenty minutes was wasted for the delay which he said he don’t like to play team with such attitude.

Emmanuel Lionel Soccia said his players get chances to finish the game but they didn’t utilize it, and they paid the prize.

The coach said now his focus had been shifted to match day twelve against Sunshine Stars Fc on Wednesday at Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna, the adopted home ground of sai masu gida this season.

On his part, the captain of Kano pillars Fc, legend Rabi’u Ali aka Pele said despite the losing he thanked God for a free injury match to the both sides.

Rabi’u commended the organisers of the league for what they are doing to move the league to the international standard but he advised them to be vigilant so that some selfish stakeholders didn’t spoil their efforts.

The sai masu gida are expected to leave Makurdi on Monday to Kaduna ahead of match day twelve on Wednesday against Sunshine stars Fc.
