Alhaji Musa Sale Kwankwaso was born at unguwar Daburau, Kwankwaso village of the present Madobi local Government Area of Kano State in 1927..  educated early in Qur’an and Islamic Education and the mass literacy he was a village Head of Kwankwaso from 1954 to 2000, a position that succeeded his Brother after his voluntary relinquished the throne.

In 2000 Alh Musa sale was made the Majidadin Kano and District Head of Madobi Local Government by His Royal Highness the Emir of Kano late Alh. Ado Bayero, a position which he held up to 2019. With creation of Additional Emirates in Kano, Alh Musa Sale was changed a portfolio and elevated to the rank of a king maker in Karaye Emirate as Makaman  Karaye  in January 2020 and coronated  in November 2020 .

Makaman Karaye Late Alh.Musa Sale survives and ruled with four Emirs of Kano: Sarki Sanusi I, Sarki Muhammadu Inuwa, Sarki Ado Bayero, Sarki Muhammad Sanusi II.

Until his death Alh Musa sale is known with magnanimity, and trust as far as leadership is concerned..He respect all and sundry and  never cheats his downtrodden masses. He portrays Justice and gave Justice to whomever it’s deserved.

Late Makaman  Karaye , Musa Sale Kwankwaso was a peace ambassador,  a peace Maker and builder and a personality that so much respect the constituted authorities..

He was a father of the former Governor of Kano state, senator Eng (Dr.) Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso,He was a father to 19 children and many grand children, a Father to, Garba Musa

Sale Musa Sale (the village head of Kwankwaso), Inuwa Musa, Umar Musa, Lawan Musa, Maimuna Musa, Yahaya Musa, Gambo Musa, Safiya Musa, Bilki musa, Umma Musa and others.

May his soul rest in peace. Allah ya jikansa da rahma.
