The National Body of Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) commiserates with the government and people of Borno State over the recent tragedy of Zabarmari town, with death casualties of over 78 persons.
A statement signed by the National Chairman, Alhaji Falalu Bello and issued to Stallion Times by the Assistant National Publicity Secretary, Alh Abdulkadir Kurawa said: “PRP commiserate with the government and people of Borno state over the tragedy.”
According to the statement, PRP is still dumb founded and finds it hard to believe that such act was meted out on innocent farmers.
It called on security outfits to join hands together to found a lasting solution to the security challenges facing the country.
The Party prayed to Allah to grant all of the victims’ eternal rest and their families the fortitude to bear the loss, while looking to Allah’s intercession in bringing the spate of insecurity in the country at large to an end.
