Kaduna State Deputy Gov. Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe (in white) at Eid Ground

Kaduna State Deputy Governor Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe this Friday joined other Muslim faithfuls in the state, to perform the Eid prayer at Sultan Bello Mosque.

The prayer was observed in strict compliance with Covid-19 prevention protocol.

Dr. Hadiza, who spoke to Journalists after the two Raka’a prayer called on Muslims to emulate the lessons of the festival of sacrifice, which reflects self-sacrifice, love and total submission to God’s commands, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim.

She also called on residents of the State to uphold peace and harmony and to persist in praying for the peace and progress of the state and the country at large.
